well... this is my first post on here. i dont know if ill stay on here or not, ill see how i like this platform in general.
i really enjoy just going on the browse section and just going through other peoples profiles. whether they have made it themself or not, pasted someone elses code or whatever, its still fun seeing a more personalised profile then just a bio and a profile picture, like on any other social media. even though i wasnt online when myspace was a thing, this looks way more fun then it should be.
one thing i kinda dislike is the tv static effect people have on their profiles. its just too much - makes the text unreadable and is too busy, in my opinion. its a cool effect, but often overdone in my eyes. its comprable to when comic sans was way too popular for its own good.
but, as for my own profile - its still incredibly WIP, view the attached image.
maybe one day ill look back at it and laugh how basic it was, but atleast im getting an opportunity to sharpen up the HTML+CSS skills i learned in highschool. most of the stuff i struggled with was initially figuring out how to address the correct elements using css, but im getting the hang of it. one window open with inspect element, other window open with the editor. the 2nd monitor is coming in absolutely handy right now.

the fun part is applying those HTML + CSS codes to your blogs. makes the reading more fun! (or an eyesore if you're like a leetkid in 2025)
yeah ill give you that. im taking a more "introverted" stance on this - if you want to get harassed by my own awful attempts at making something look decent in HTML+CSS, then you can visit my profile. otherwise, ill keep the site as its supposed to look, lol

just visited your profile. so good so far! you're already doing better than me since i've only borrowed some layout from here spacehey and only sprinkled some codes like the screen splash of the windows 7 start up (made the gif myself cuz i can't find the windows7 startup animation anywhere).

thank you for the kind words! i know its not much, but im still trying to figure everything out. definitely wont be anything similar to whats released (both in a good and bad way haha), but as the bio states, its still incredibly WIP. ive still yet to figure out and take inspiration about how to place and orient stuff there, but all of the code in there is made by me, if not helped by a few google searches.
