i regret buying a laptop

i made the mistake of buying a laptop, yet what i was really looking for was a pc, i mainly wanted a pc to play steam games, i also bought a mac laptop, and i cant do shit on this thing, its far too late to return it, and by the time it would be acceptable to ask my dad for a pc, id be at a age where i really should just buy it myself, so im fucked, i wish i had a friend who i could leech off of and use his pc to play half life. my school has pc's from like 2008, i wonder if i could buy one of them, not like i would, i doubt its much better than my mac. i really shouldve done any amount of research on this topic, i couldve saved myself from this....fuck....kms......also i dont actually have any space in my room for a pc. sorry for the disorganized rant.
