I swear down I can never find an actual alternative person in Scotland that doesn't live like 2 hours away from me. and then ill see on TikTok all these alternative gals in Scotland but there always 20 smth like miss grillll. I wish i could find an alt friend group that's my age in Scotland also I js felt like going on a lil rant srry :) lolsies

this is so real. i wouldn't exactly call myself alternative but there's such a lack of individuality here, especially if you don't live in edinburgh or glasgow and are, like you said, over the age of 20 :')
there's a girl in my year at school who's a goth, someone tried setting her hair on fire at the bus stop just cause of the way she dresses so she had to stop getting the bus to school, it's awful

If there's a secondary school in your area there's bound to be some alt people. I used to feel like this but I just didn't go out often enough to find them lol
