Is anyone else having this issue or is there a way to fix it? when i go to upload a profile picture it says its successful but its not and im not able to upload ANY image.

Ive had this trouble. It usually just on your end / device and other people can usually see it fine. If you're worried you can check on an incognito tab so you can see what other people see.
