how cooked am i scale of 1-10?

I cant stop shaking and im drenched in sweat and my eyes keep tearing up randomly and my hands and arms are starting to tic. All i can hear is my heartbeat and my mouth tastes like blood. I tried to drink some cold water and hit the ground in a nanosecond i felt like it was ripping my stomach out. My visions blurry and I'm dizzy. I'm floating out of my body right now.

The lunch ladies at school are identical twins but im pretty sure i talked to both about this meat on my plate (one said fish and the other said chicken. I get it too dawg its hard to tell ts)
