hello to anyone reading this!!! welcome to my blog :3
i figured this is as good of a place as any to talk about myself a little bit, since i didn't put too much in my about me.
despite being an avid internet user for well over ten years (how the time flies...) i've never had a proper blog like this. i used to use my gaiaonline journal like a blog, but over the years less and less people have been on the site :(
i still use tumblr, but because it's mostly reblogs it's not the same lolol
i'm currently a student studying graphic design, pretty much in my last semester! (i say pretty much since the program i'm in is an accelerated one. my semesters are split into A and B, so right now i'm in spring A and my last semester will be spring B)
i've always loved art and design, so going thru this program has been a great experience for me! i struggled a lot but in the end i think everything was worth it.
i'm a longtime yumeshipper and my main yumeship is with inigo/laslow from fire emblem. to say i love that character is an understatement at this point. this year, 2025, will mark the 10th anniversary of him being my fave character like this @w@ i'm loyal!!!
it's kinda funny to talk about this when i'm approaching the 3rd anniversary of my irl relationship lol ^.^~ my partner is actually very supportive of my interests and doesn't mind listening to me ramble about inigo, i feel blessed :D he's the best guy everrrr
music is life, and i'm sure a lot of people also feel this way :3 i'm a big fan of steely dan! i don't even really like yacht rock as a whole, i'm just a diehard steely dan fan. i'll share the donald fagen record redesign i did sometime. i'm a greephead (geordie greep fan), a greep, a weirdo...
i also love listening to electronic music. i really love lapix, moe shop, psyqui, and camellia!! i'm also a huge justice fan!!!!
another genre i looooveee is neo-psychedelia!!! pond is my fave, but i also like psychedelic porn crumpets and ofc tame impala
last thing i'll mention is that i've been trying to learn japanese for around a year and a half now, but since i'm teaching myself and have been busy with school and life my progress is slow TwT i at least can read hiragana and katakana somewhat well :V
anyways, i'll share some of my art below since i keep talking about it

Graphic Design is awesome! I'm more of a traditional art lover myself but digital is so interesting too :) Good luck with your last semester!
I know fire emblem but not those two but sounds fun. Maybe I should look into that ship haha
I also don't know Steely but might give it a listen! I also like psyqui tho!
Yea Japanese takes a while. I learned it for 4 years in class and it's still tough to memorize enough kanji to actually properly read everything. Progress is progress :) Good luck with that!

your comment made me realize that when i said "inigo/laslow" it kinda sounds like those two are the ship, but that character just has two names lol. i ship him with my oc for fun :>
if you're gonna check out steely dan, i recommend peg, kid charlemagne, doctor wu, and rikki don't lose that number. really i want to list every song they've ever made but i think these would be fun to start with :D
do you have a fave psyqui song? mine is shining lights ^.^/
