I'm trying to gain a little weight so I made this smoothie that has around 645 calories in it:
1 cup blueberries - 80 cal
1 cup bananas - 120 cal
1 1/2 cup of milk - 225 cal
2 table spoons of almond butter - 220 cal(honestly you could prob. switch out for any nut butter)
honey - <70 cal(estimation, didn't count cals for this)
It taste really good and i would recommend that you make sure it's thoroughly blended as the almond butter takes a while to blend in. The almond butter is a little over powering but i love smoothies with peanut or almond butter in it so i don't mind.
