Heyy!! idk what specific type of y2k you mean, but babydoll tops, and jackets are super y2kish in Hollister, especially with them bringing back some collections!
If you are just going for the aesthetic, I'd say shein.
Depop has some good stuff every once in a while for a reasonable price if you just dig deep enough (it is second hand)
