Ive been going to school with 2-3 hours of sleep for the past few months, I did change my study habit so my grades grew after a while but the lack of sleep is making my body very weak and I easily get injured in my sport trainings. Before anything else, I study for 2 hours and 30 mins right after dinner (7:30PM for me), and every 30 minutes of studying I take a 12 minute break, then after that I usually watch one episode of whatever anime I'm currently watching and thats like 30 mins, and for another hour and a half I play my guitar, Then I read a book for probably an hour to 2 hours depends. Is it my study duration or my rest time? Idk atp...

Lately I've been not sleeping well...
