I’ve always been fascinated by Japanese culture. Whether it’s anime, samurai history, or the futuristic tech, there’s something about Japan that feels both exciting and deeply rich in tradition. I picture myself wandering through neon-lit Shibuya, getting lost in an old shrine, or maybe even trying my luck at a real-life Mario Kart race through the city.
Of course, the food is a big part of the dream. Authentic sushi, fresh takoyaki, and that perfect bowl of tonkotsu ramen—I need to experience it all. And let’s not forget the vending machines and convenience store snacks!
But another thing I can’t wait to dive into is Japan’s archive fashion scene. Brands like Yohji Yamamoto, Comme des Garçons, and Issey Miyake have shaped fashion in ways that are both avant-garde and timeless. I want to hunt for rare vintage pieces in Tokyo’s secondhand shops, explore the high-end boutiques in Harajuku, and soak in the effortlessly cool style that so many Japanese fashion lovers embody.
