Today i slept better much all day so all I ate was dinner which was a soup but I only finished half so it was around 250 KCALs. I also had a rice crispy square and a piece of gum. So my total calories today was 275.Β
I also walked on my walking pad which was 66 miles and burned 130 Cals.
