AGGIECON!!!!!

This past weekend a yearly event held at my school called AggieCon took place!!! Ihave gone since I was a freshman(I'm a junior now!) and I can confidently say that this year's event has been the best I have gone to so far!

IDK if it's because it is, as the event organizers claim, "the biggest AggieCon ever", or, tbh, my friends <3<3

I jknow it sounds hella cheesy and cliche but I honestly feel that way...and it's not jsut the friends that accompanied me through the event,(though mainly them- XD they are great and I don't mean to downplay either of them!!!) but other friends, acquaintances, and classmates I came across  during the event. I guess it is the "biggest" Con held to date(by this organization) since I high key don't ever remember EVER seeing so many other students at this event.

There were so many vendors- 3 DIFFERENT ROOMS full of awesome art and products! There were so many things that I wanted but this year I had something that I never really had the past two AggieCons I attended......A STRICT BUDGET XC XC XC !!1??1??!

I only had a 100 dollars cash on me for the weekend due to circumstances I'd rather nit talk about.....BUT I ONLY HAD A HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!! AT A FREAKING CON!!!!!

Anyway....let's take a peak @ my haul!!!1!11!

The eevee items and unopened Japanese(??) Pokemon booster pack are for one of my little bros upcoming birthday next month :D I originally bought three and opened two for myself(no crazy pulls tho :P) PLZ- PLZ TELL ME IF YOU KNOW IF THE CARDS ARE FAKE OR THE PACK IS RESEALED TnT I have no idea and I just assumed they are all real and original since I think the vendor was an importer due to the other things at their booth....but- BUT- I FINALLY CAME ACROSS SOMEONE SELLING MLP ITEMS!!!!!1!!!1!11! I IMMEDIATELY BOUGHT THEM ON IMPULSE!!!!

I invited a middle/high school friend to stay with me for the weekend and on Saturday(Day 1 of AggieCon) a friend I made at college accompanied us. Saturday is the busier of the two days- as the Cosplay Contest is on Saturday(and I believe a lot of people only come for the Cosplay Contest XD). The presentations we attended are the DnD 101, FAITH: The Unholy Trinity Game Dev Panel, Plants in Pop Culture, and the Cosplay Contest, of course XD(as audience members tho- I wanted to make a cosplay but even tho it's budget I didn't finish it in time :'((((( )

BRRRRROOOOOOO- The game dev of FAITH, Mason Smith, AKA Airdorf Games, FUCKING WORKS AT MY SCHOOL!!11!!!1! ****MIND BLOWN**** :00000 He's one of the game dev professors and that really really made me lk think about my choice of a major :'))))

Sundat, it was jsut me and my middle/highschool friend. We didn't do a lot at the actual con- we only went to one panel(OC Building Workshop) but it was still a pretty cool day! We went out to eat @ a korean BBQ place(a particular place that was new to both of us ^^) and we went to a rolled ice cream shop!

yep- that was my weekend! Can't wait to see what next AggieCon will have for us

DnD 101- me and my high school friends have always wanted to play but we don't really know all the intricacies and don't feel confident enough to be a DM.

HELL YEAH 2 FAITH PICS!!! I just think that both slides are just that interesting! Like the main reason I gravitated to this game was because of the super scary and effective animations--like the game is pixel art and I literally would not think it would make me jump! The fact that it is ROTOSCOPED makes their effectiveness make so much more since.
