How do i personally stay skinny?
I weigh about 56kg the last time i checked and im 5'6 i might be a bit less
or more but how i stay skinny is not eating! Easy i just forget to eat sometimes. No breakfast or lunch but ill eat dinner normally something big and that'll be all for the day.
Some days i eat A LOT as in i binge; finish packets of family size crisps, tons on ice lollys and ice cream. But then the next day i'll not eat, like at all. Maybe some carrots, apples, lemons buttt thats all.
Might be genetics might be what i eat but whatever.
