famous people are weird

with the grammys having happened last weekend, i just wanted to talk about how weird famous people are. they can do the corniest things and everyone'll hype them up and call them iconic. i just find it so weird. ive never been so obsessed with a grown person that doesnt even know me to the point that anything they do is beautiful and perfect. why do we even care this much? why do people sit down and take hours of their day to watch rich people dress up on a red carpet and receive prizes? it just rubs me the wrong way. its like people see these celebrities as something godlike. these people are just like you and me, theres literally nothing different. i find events like these just weird in general. why cant people just receive their awards and go back home? its nice seeing talented people get the recognition they deserve, but why do we have to add the whole dressing up and throwing money away to it? why do we need to do weird stunts like that stupid bianca censori stuff anyway? its like watching rich people battle for the most attention by wearing the weirdest pieces of clothing and say the weirdest things they can so theyll stay relevent. they could wear things like a 30 000 dollar black box around their body and call it artistic self expression, but if i did that, id be called crazy. you can only express yourself if youre rich.
