I need new clothes

Finnish (and other) alt people, where can I get alt clothes (punk, emo, scene...(masculine))? I need new clothes but I have no idea where to get them. I can diy too, but what with. Finnish people, I can shop around Tampere but not in Helsinki or something like that.
