I miss being 11

2013-2015 was such a cool time if you were into weird online shit as a kid. Fandoms were fun, tumblr communities were active, anime was on youtube, and I was too young to have any real social media! One of the reasons I joined spacehey is because it reminds me sm of that era and I want to get away from shit like instagram and tiktok. I think online communities were cooler when you had to go looking for them, or when you'd stumble upon them on some weird creative corner of the internet. 

Honestly i've always had a better time online when my accounts were somewhat anonymous. The last 10 years my instagram has just been full of people from school / my area who I didn't really have anything in common with and lately it's been like.... why am I getting updates on what some guy I don't even like is doing? And more importantly why does he in turn know what i'm doing? I don't know. Modern social media is weird. I wish I knew how good I had it.
