im so bad at layouts

am I stupid but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to cool layouts. ITS SO ANNOYING THO BECAUSE I CAN CODE (im literally doing a-level comspci) but as soon as i try and just use someones layout I cannot do itttttttt I just want a cool profile
