The Testing Of Military Weaponry On Homeless People

Why should the government test their new experimental weaponry on enemies of the country when they could just kill 2 birds with one stone and just solve the testing problem and the homelessness problem by just obliderating the homeless with experimental weaponry like cmon guys havent we learnt anything from MKULTRA people will care if we test funny government drugs on normal people with "rights" but i dont think they'll care when we test them on the next best thing HOMELESS PEOPLE here are the pros and cons of testing experimental weaponry on the homeless
pros:free test subject,nobody cares about them,less drug use,less news coverage
