late night rant (first blog post)

we’re february 3rd, it’s 2:58 AM, bullet for my valentine is playing in the background and i cannot sleep as always so i want to rant a little

i talked to my best friend during the evening and she reminded me the existence of this website so i want to seriously revive my account and meet new people there lol

i’m not the type of person that have awesome social skills but i really want to meet new people to cheer me up because these days because i feel a bit lonely (living alone isn’t for the weak) so spacehey could be a cool place for that

i always loved the « old internet » and the simplicity of it. for me internet was only meant to be a place for people to express themselves, meet people with the same interests and learn things, but now internet is filled with bots, ai, hate and ads everywhere, oh ! and it’s owned by fascists multi-billionaires that you wanna punch in the face…awesome…internet is for NERDS AND CUTE CAT VIDS, NOT FOR THEM

due to that classic social media made me really anxious these last months so moving to more basic social media like spacehey is truly a blessing, it’s fun, i love the customization options, the forums and groups and the best of it is that it’s not filled with ai and bots to the brim (the only problem is that it’s so hard to find french people there, and especially french people who like the same things as me (MORE FRENCH EMOS PLEASE) (LES FRANÇAIS VOUS ÊTES OÙ)

i hope that i will be truly active there and meet cool people :x
