New camera! Finally!

My parents finally gave me their old digital camera they weren't using. It's a Canon "PowerShot SD790IS" my parents bought in 2010, so it's fairly old but I'm still impressed with the picture quality. It's my first camera that isn't literally just my phone so I'm extremely excited to take it out on some of my walks down to the canal.

So far I've been taking pictures of the Red-winged Blackbirds that have been visiting my balcony and bird feeder and my two cats, and the pictures are great. I love the camera so far. Still studying the dusty manual and looking up how to navigate the menus but I can tell this is going to be great!
