How do you become cool??

I feel so boring I wanna be cool, I have dyed hair and like a few piercings but I feel like a basic emo. Oh Alt dysphoria goes so hard I want people to look at me and think "oh yeah ik her music taste EATS" but instead they probably think "oh look a girl- moving on". UGHH any one have reccomendations on where to get cool clothes?? I'm irish and from cork so theres like fuck all here. Unless yer a dub you basically get nothing.
