Frank Zane’s training was all about precision and aesthetics  no ego lifting just pure focus on sculpting the perfect physique  he believed in the mind-muscle connection  using controlled reps and strict form to maximize muscle engagement (⁠´⁠∩⁠。⁠•⁠ ⁠ᵕ⁠ ⁠•⁠。⁠∩⁠`⁠)🔥 he didn’t just lift heavy  he lifted smart  and that’s what made his physique one of the most balanced in bodybuilding history  he was also big on visualization  and mental training proving that bodybuilding isn’t just physical  it’s also a mental game  if we could go to space  and look for the perfect way to train  we’d probably find Zane’s method floating out there as a golden standard  because he understood that every rep  every contraction every detail mattered
