a messy rant about joculine from psycholonials (shes the best character)

okay so honestly I'm only writing this because, well, my boyfriend's offline and I'm bored and I thought of best girl Joculine

If you've ever read another blog post, by a certain Homestuck fan that also claimed Joculine was the best character; THAT WAS ME!!! I unfortunately stopped using spacehey and dissociative amnesia fucked me up and now I cannot remember which email I used for that account.

I haven't played Psycholonials in months so let's refresh our memories! The game, from the perspective of Joculine would go as follows;

>she gets shot after i become a trusted follower

>i become her secretary

>she comes back alive and well

>i get fucking killed for something i didnt do

mfw she then abandons everything and im just dead ]

So, we don't really get any info on Joculine at the start, given that Zhen hates her and blocks her iirc, even adding her as the number 1 in her enemy list. But if we were to put the pieces together, from my point of view, it seems as if Joculine has some sort of personality disorder, and that Zhen would be her " fp " (favorite person), even if it is a parasocial fp since they never really talked prior to Zhen getting cancelled.

Joculine did everything wrong, yes, but in the end she had good intentions...or well, the best intentions she could have. She wanted Zhen's attention and...got it...in

...Some way...

Now, you know what this reminds me of? A certain troll ""that did everything wrong"" (you homestuckies have no idea how harmful that phrase is to every Vriska fictionfolk 😭) yet, people love that troll, so much so I've seen people get into homestuck because of Vriska Serket. Yes, I've seen more people compare Zhen to Vriska than anyone else, but that's probably because she's bi/a lesbian.

Joculine is a character that is overlooked, but when you look closer you see the tragedy of her story, of the situation itself;

She's mentally ill, really, REALLY mentally ill, it's not an excuse, for an explanation for her sudden switch of character 

It's..."implied" she was framed by Mizzlebip and that Mizzlebip probably already knew Joculine was Candice Schmandice, Basically, we got a nonverbal antagonist but it's not confirmed so LMAOOO....

> more on this, it's HEAVILY implied Mizzlebip planned the RING 3 2.0 massacre, due to them showing a fake police ID as proof that they weren't guilty, then rose as the successor to Zhen (I believe that they never died and instead became immortal, but wanted to go into hiding so they pretended to be different jubilites that were close to the honkifex)

Basically, Joculine was framed, and since Zhen already didn't trust her...

The dreaded movie plays, and Joculine goes out in style, after yapping and yapping about her plans, Zhen has had enough and decides to give everyone a show to demonstrate that SHE is the one in control, not Joculine, not any of her haters, nobody but her.

> Then, Mizzlebip, who is now the secretary sends people after Abby's parents to further drive in the rumor that Joculine is horrible and unworthy of ever being trusted, despite already being dead for around a week by then...

By the end of everything, Zhen still remembers Joculine and her corpse, but doesn't regret anything because she still doesn't know - nor care - about what happened, whatever really happened. She can't take it back

Joculine's life is tragic, all she wanted is attention. I guess she could've been an egirl but that was Zhen's thing before everything so...also she was a blondie 😭

Anyways, Computer boy out. I can't write anymore, I will cry if I go into further details about Joculine.
