#1 organic chemistry is so fun, like i can draw basic structures,
name them and knwo what some of the fancy words mean. its like every
structure is a lego set and each name is built of a bunch of bricks
stuck together to make something beautiful, and real.
#2
every time my pencil flies out of my hand and slams against the floor
when i spin it a part of it breaks and never heals. damage done because i
cant keep my hand still. i would love to see how the forces act
together to make that happen. i wonder if its possible for something to
just not have consequence. like a random unobserved tree somewhere
falling over and just resting on the ground. no wind, no slam, no
bounce. it would look so weird, which is why we dont see it i guess, or
it doesnt exist.
#3 last weeknd album coming out tomorrow. im
excited, cause his music used to be a big part of my life for a while. i
dont listen to him anymore, but this is a special occasion, so i hope
its good. he previewed so many songs already i dont think it can be as
special as some of his other releases, but most of what he have heard
has been good. EDIT (THIS ALBUM KICKS LIKE A FUCKING MULE)
#4 i wonder what 'real' sounds sound like.
like our brain interprets sound, but what would things sound like if we
could perceive the pure sound. my guess is it would be minor, like the
world sounds a bit different in terms of pitch, and maybe a bit louder
or softer. If we could perceive all the frequencies though i think it
would be quite overwhelming. but if we could perceive super low
frequencies imagine what a lion roar would sound like. i think it would
be cool, hearing everything, but we would have to adapt. and it would be
hell until then.
