I'm currently on a cut and I've been going strong for a week now however today was my sister's birthday and after everyone was asleep, I was left alone, and I ended up eating beyond my allowed calories by a long shot. ( ̄┰ ̄*)
Despite this I refuse to hate myself for my mistakes I'm going to use this as a learning experience and continue to move forward. I will achieve my fitness goals! ヾ(≧へ≦)〃

The only advice I would have is to drink a lot of water (2L to 3L/day) and to measure yourself instead of weighing yourself because you can see your progress much more. And for sports: muscle strengthening always accompanied by cardio.
