i do want to clarify, though, that i'm talkin about people who are fully capable of putting in effort to do these things. -0- it's not right to judge someone for smth they can't control

i'll hear someone say 'i didn't have enough time!' on an assignment that we had a week to work on, that takes 20 mins max.. 9-9

and then they'll brag about all the parties they go to and stuff...
