Should i get back into Pokémon ROM Hacking?

It's been a while since i've made a hack of my own, i'd say around two years, and honestly i've been meaning to get back into it ever since i got back into pixel art recently due to my fnf project which will need LOTS of pixel art, so honestly using Pokémon hacking as a sort of warmup could help a lot! what do you guys think?
