Finding Krishna

Oh, all my life I have been searching for answers. Wandering tirelessly... reading up on religion to religion, philosophy to philosophy... they may have captivated me for a few weeks, but as the struggle prevailed, my interest dissolved, and thus I would continue my cycle, searching aimlessly. 

My soul grew restless. Emotions felt empty, not to mention time and human relationships. I considered giving up, surrendering my soul to the unknown.

But as I bowed my bloody head into the darkness... I found myself positioned here, prostrating to the lord's lotus feet. 

Finally, light came into my life. I felt the truth of divine mercy swell up in my soul. Indescribable love, warmth and safety.

For the first time I knew that I had found the truth. 

Oh, how I saw him. His skin is perfect. Radiant and dark. His smile is sweet, his eyes are sweet, the melody of his flute is sweet... everything about the Lord of sweetness, is sweet. 

Oh, how I have swam across the ocean of samsara! These violent waters of sin, of which there is no shore! But then there is my Lord. I am safe in his infinite mercy and compassion. I want to please you, oh Lord. I want to serve you. How much I want to profess my infinite love for you.

I start my journey with Krishna now... and I'll take you with me. I'll be updating.
