friends on spacehey..

why do so many people (NOT EVERYONE) make being friends with them sound like theyre applying to a job application or like an advertisement?? it could just be something personal to me but i fiind it very intimidating😭

like all of these "why you should add me" things.. idk how to word it but its like an advertisement - especially when theyre all like "ill never leave you on delivered", "ill be your best friend", etc like you can't force friendships they just happen yk?
