I really want to throw my phone in a lake or some other body of water

the title sums it up.

i hate social media sooo much it's genuinely ruining my life.. at the same time i would be nowhere in life without it. I have such a strange love hate relationship with my phone these days, which is exactly why im posting this on spacehey. I love the idea of getting rid of my phone and just living life through my computer. I know id probably lose it but it would put me back in touch with reality again. I miss the feeling of feeling normal or whatever,,,, i love days where im not constantly disassociated and paranoid. obviously id miss the friends that live in my phone but these days im getting a little too used to feeling lonely.
