Anime and manga recommendations!

Hi everyone! It's been a while since I made any blog post, however I got an idea while I was at school. I'm pretty sure you could all guess it by the title, but I will be recommending some animanga!

1. The Tatami Galaxy

This anime is a masterpiece in my honest and humble opinion! The animation is smooth (as you can see in the gif I placed), the characters are great. Only issue is if you're not a fast reader it'll be a bit troublesome to follow through, but the anime shows EVERYTHING visually so even if you miss some dialogue you'll still know what's happening!

2. Land of the Lustrous

The only anime that uses CGI and it actually looks good. Land of the Lustrous is a really unique anime, because it actually follows gems/minerals whatever you wanna call them! This anime was amazing, the manga is even better. It has only 12 episodes (unfortunately), but it's so good, trust me! The manga ending was nice, as well. It's definitely a must-watch.

3. Kase san and morning glories

A GL anime movie! It's really cute, I loved watching it. The animation was great, the character dynamics were great, as well. It was a really cute anime, the type that you'd casually watch.

4. Clannad

I cried my eyes out watching this anime. Shatters your heart in a million pieces, it had its own cute, romantic moments. But God, this anime made me cry. It's a 9/10 for me, absolutely heart breaking.

5. The summer Hikaru died

So far, I have been only recommending animes. Well, here's a manga! This is a BL manga, but to only refer to it as ONLY a BL manga would be downplaying the manga by a whole lot. It focuses on Hikaru and Yoshiki. Yoshiki discovers that Hikaru is possessed by an otherwordly entity, which results in their whole relationship changing. It's really great, there's only 6 volumes so far (I'm pretty sure it's ongoing still). There's also a movie coming out soon!

6. Veil

SO CUTE. Veil is about a blind girl and a police officer. It's so adorable. The love story is subtle, the characters are well-written and their interactions just flow so naturally. I love it a lot. It's an amazing manga, I believe everyone should read it.

7. Usotoki Rhetoric

Usotoki Rhetoric is a shoujo historical mystery manga. I love how it has mystery, history and romance all in one. Although the romance isn't exactly the main point of the manga. The manga isn't episodic, the cases are more like arcs in a way, each length depending on its complexity. But, all of them reach to a logical, satisfactory conclusion.

8. A sign of affection

Very cute! It's set in a college following a deaf girl as the MC. I haven't gotten too far into the manga and there's a 12 episode anime that came out a bit ago. But, it's been really cute so far! Especially recommend it if you love romance shoujo.
