Hey everyone!
I’m currently in a bit of an anime slump and could really use your help! I’m looking for something new to dive into, but there are so many anime out there that I’m honestly feeling a bit overwhelmed. Whether it’s a classic series, something under the radar, or a recent release that has blown up, I’d love to hear your suggestions.
It’s always a good feeling to discover a hidden gem or revisit an anime that really hit the mark, so if you’ve seen something recently (or ever) that stood out, please drop your recommendations in the comments! What anime had you hooked from the very first episode? What series made you binge-watch until the early hours of the morning? Let me know!
I’m open to any genre—action, drama, comedy, sci-fi, you name it. Whether it’s an intense action-packed thriller, a feel-good comedy, or something with an incredible storyline, I’m looking to explore it all. Also, feel free to share any that are just so quirky and fun that they might be a little outside the box.

A Place Further Than The Universe is a show that made me bawl towards the end and it’s a pretty short series u can probably finish in a day. There are however a couple (not many I think) weird fanservice ish scenes that I recall which I didn’t like but overall a good show.
How To Keep A Mummy is great to watch if ur having a bad day, I never finished the series though

mwehehe I just downloaded tha Revolutionary Girl Utena movie 4 myself yesterday !! a good classic :3 I'd watched it b4 but only tha vhs rip that's on internet archive so watching in full res was nice :3 the series is p good too !! not sure how 2 describe very well, uhh itss pretty abstract and layered with metaphorz and stuff . at itz core itz about escaping patriarchal abuse . I highly recommend searching up a list of warningz, it getz p heavy both in tha movie and tha anime seriez . all in all very good watch, if u haven't seen it already .
ive deffo heard about it before, will have to check it out.
