y sleeping schedule is HORRIFIC

I keep waking up at like 2 in the afternoon or 6 and melatonin is NOT doing anything for me

I'll try and sleep earlier than normal but it's actually impossible :'(

omg same I wake up at like 3pm and go to sleep at 7am in the morning it sucksss. What I would recommend is do something that's gonna wear you out by like 9pm so then you can go to sleep easier.
