why we need feminism

today my classmate who has a uterus came up to me and was like "uhhh... can i have a tissue? or y'know... a..." and i told them "spit it out hun. what do you need? for real." and they whispered to me "a pad... i think it's that time of the month." 

the fact that they felt compelled to whisper about the pad but not the tissue really made me think. they're both there to soak up nasty fluids, so why is one more "taboo" than the other?

BECAUSE PEOPLE HATE WOMEN!!! they hate everything having to do with them and i'm honestly really freaking tired of it. so ya. keep fighting the good fight, ladies. maybe one day we'll win this battle.
