Il Balletto di Bronzo - YS

First "non Metal" recommendation, even if this record is a lot haunting and chaotic.

In Italy we have tons of obscure but good music, expecially from the '70s.

Il Balletto di Bronzo are one of the lesser known bands, but also one of the best, due to their blend of Hard Progressive and Psych Rock.

This is a concept album about the last men on earth, who is about to disappear and in his last moments had three weird encounters: maybe hallucinations.

Themes of mortality, fear, loneliness and "dreams".

Being a concept, a whole listen is basically the only "proper" way to enjoy this adventure but i'd say the best tracks are "Introduzione" and "Epilogo".

A lot of tempo changes, keyboards, intricate stuff, not an easy listen but if you want to dive into italian music, this is one of the weirdest record ever made.
