Fried green tomatoes

I was up late looking for a movie to watch so i naturally went to tt and looked at which edit was the most captivating and i saw one for fried green tomatoes i put it on and im so glad i didnt turn it off after seeing it was 2hrs and it was already 3am this movie was so beautiful i went thru all the stages of grief genuinely might get tatted "im as settled as i ever hoped to be" that destroyed me omg the way ruth looks at idgie i could melt through the screen i know that the book is more obvious that their lesbians and that Warner bro. re wrote the romance bits, but when idgie and ruth are in the kitchen making a mess with the food i was thinking that was the moment they would kiss but it was almost more beautiful that they didnt just showed how their love was so pure and effortlessly flowing i dont think ill forget this movie ever. and honorable mention to the cinematic scenes of the early morning porch moments and late night swimming chefs kiss.
