I am so sad right nowww.. I spent the night at my friends house and I found out she messaged my ex while I was asleep. Real punch in the face to be honest, but at least he didn't respond.. that's only because he doesn't know how to work Instagram though haha.

you already have an internal conflict with yourself from this, i dont think you should hold it in, friends come and go its okay.
