society's odd obsession with ruining people

 i find it so upsetting that so many people feel no remorse for taking away someone's love for themselves. whether it be making fun of their appearance, personality, or interests, it's truly disgusting to me. individuality is such a beautiful thing, no one should ever be made to feel less than just because they don't look or act the way society wants them too. there is nothing interesting about a world where everyone looks and acts the same. loving yourself should not be difficult.
