Happy International Day of Clean Energy 2025

Happy International Day of Clean Energy, 26 January, 2025. 2025 Theme: "Clean Energy for People and Planet". Adopting clean energy is a must in the fight against climate change and for our daily lives and all parties must work together for that to happen. 

The use of clean energy, especially renewable energy, will greatly reduce emissions produced by the use of dirty energy which of course is harmful to humans and environment. Every effort, no matter how small, is important. Everyone should be aware of this.

Moreover, the use of clean energy will greatly help those who are lacking access to reliable energy sources. There are around 675 million people still living in darkness and 4 out of 5 of them are in Sub-Saharan Africa. 

This certainly has a big impact on their daily lives, especially on education and healthcare, which will only perpetuate poverty. Of course this is bad and must be resolved. They must be helped, for the common good of the humanity.

Therefore, let us all work together to use clean energy, especially renewable energy, and at the same time reduce dirty energy. This is for my future, your future, our future and ultimately for our only home, our beloved planet: Earth.
