I have an issue with advancing onto the next level (POSTAL)

Now, I know that u have to press F1 to do that, but I'm clicking it and it takes me to the level selection menu and I cant start the second level. For some reason the only levels I have available are Home, EZ Mart and Tokyo. Anyone else had the same issue and knows how to fix it?
