Its my first week back in college after break. I usually sleep pretty okay even though my sleep schedule is shit. This week I just couldnt tbh every day this week I've gotten around 2 hours of sleep. It's something at least but I'm just frustrated over how hard it is. I usually am not paranoid when I need to go to bed but recently I have been. I dont know what's fueling it at all tbh. It's an endless cycle that keeps repeating BECAUSE of the lack of sleep. I'm just hoping next week is better tbh.
