Should I quit?!

Right now I have a pt job as a leasing agent at this terrible property, name won’t be mentioned. Ever since I’ve been working here there’s been nothing but complaints from the residents — they have roaches, their a/c’s are always going out or not being fixed, people show up to their move in day and their apartments won’t be ready and mind you that some people come from out of state, toilets backed up, sinks clogged, stoves/ovens aren’t working, some of the female residents don’t feel safe on the property because people have tried breaking in, the list goes on. I really feel like the management doesn’t care and they’re insensitive. While people are in the lobby complaining to use & cussing us TEMP leasing agents out while they’re in one of the offices laughing about something. There have been multiple different agents that have come and gone, only two of us have been there for awhile. I’m just tired of everything.

Today I had to take my dog to the emergency vet, I think he’s having some bad allergies since we just moved here to Texas a few months ago. I texted the property manager last night about it asking if I could come in later because that’s when I noticed it was bad, he texted me this morning saying it was okay if I came in late. He texted me at 10:53 a.m. asking me when I was going to be in. I told him “I’m not sure, I had to drop him off at the emergency vet instead of a banfield where I usually take him because they’re closed today. They’re suppose to call me with an update.” He said “Well we need you here today” .....like I understand y’all need me, I’m there to see the bullshit that goes on...but my fucking dog needs me too.

Anyone have any thoughts??
