I have some caffeine (coffee or pills, never fucking energy drinks, ew), while I take it I studying. When I finish my dose of caffeine I chew some gum (I prefer the blue ones... But I doesn't matter)
To study, it really depends what exactly I am studying. If history, science, geography or anything of the kind I'll just write about the things that will go in the test. I first write, it's normally a big summary or just my way of writing the about the subject and then I re-read it and underline important info. If I missed something I add it with pencil. Specifically in history I write the important dates separately after to memorize.
If I'm studying physics or chemistry I'll write about it and about the law, theories, etc. Then I make a separate page with formulas and then do some exercises if I have time. If it's math I'll maybe write down the formulas, re-read my notes and I will resolve many...many math problems.
If it's either portuguese, english or french I'll read in that language and I'll write down grammar things... I don't really study much for those, just for portuguese, because it's more complex as it is the first language.
This is what has been working for me now, it's ok... Oh my god I need to study... I go to my school's library to study but people talk a lot with me! That's not cool because then I don't study enough or well enough. I just want to finish this year... Then I'll go to tenth grade. In tenth grade in my country, Portugal, we chose kind of an area. And we have to stick with that area. Forever. So there are professional courses where you get kinda ready to already have a job or other things I'm not remembering right now, but people don't really do this.
There is another way you can choose, obviously. There are four courses that prepare you for university basically. You can choose, basically: economy, science and technology, humanities and arts. I am choosing science, but there are still some variables of subjects you can have, for example I don't want biology, I will choose it take discriptive geometry and physics. And in science it's mandatory to have maths. In every course like this is also mandatory to have portuguese, philosophy, physical education and some foreign language I believe.
So yeah, I just want to get there because there is when things get real, but I guess this is already to prepare me for the difficulty of that. I'm in a very good school, I should be working harder, damn.
How do y'all study?
