u can also search up the muscles of the parts ur drawing like the torso for example :3 i recommend watching tutorials, using references (you can trace over them to get use to making the shapes, just dont claum it as ur own art if u traced another artists work)
You are already doing a great job by using shapes to practice anatomy !! I highly recommand to watch Proko tutorials and watch speedpaints and timelapse drawing process it really helps . Keep going !
Oooh thats so cool, if i were you i’d draw ovals and circles instead of boxes for the anatomy though, that will make it feel and look more fluid and spontaneous instead of all stiff and forced yk? It looks really good though!
for males a box torso can help with the manliness but for females i’d defiantly try to get more ovals because of the way the female body is more curvy then boxy by the way!!
yoo these are great! reminds me of how i used to look up similar reference pics to learn anatomy lol. Little tip, there are some channels on youtube where people are posing in real time, and watching them pull their bodies into position helped me a lot with understanding movement

Loving the anatomy studiesss
also i find it to be more helpful to draw limbs and other body parts' guide lines as circles. idk if that makes sense but u should try it out hehehe
