i’m going crazy

i’ve been having the weirdest dreams this week it’s not even funny. i’ve dreamt i was pregnant 3 times and i felt like i was in a time loop of different realities it’s so crazy i feel like im going insane they will not stop. i was also drugged in my dream, every door i opened it would lead to a different place and everything was so jumbled i couldn’t even describe it to you. i tried to tell shyanne what happened it just doesn’t click in my mind. on tuesday i had a dream that there was a war and i lost my child and all this weird depressing stuff like it was the 1800s. this is legitimately driving me fucking mad i can’t even sleep without waking up sweating not knowing what happened. it could be a sign of something and my dreams are usually weird and liminal but not anything like these recently. any advice id love to take, ive been offered night terror medication before but then i dont think id even dream at all and i love dreaming but not like this this is just hurting me and my brain. i need help with them i dont want to have to be scared to go to bed anymore.
