Okay Step 1: cool profile for cool people to find more cool people with cool profiles :D
If you know how to Code in HTML you the ascended master of your profile and change absolutely everything, go you!
If you don't know HTML at all like most people here go to "Layouts" on top. there you can find lot's of different kinds of code some but not all of which are for complete profile themes. So make sure to read what kind of code it is. Then you click on that, then copy that code go to your profile go to "edit" for the about me section and paste that code. Go to save and you got that exact look. You can go back into that code and change color values or insert a different background picture by replacing the color with a link to a pic for example. I think once you read through the code you kinda get what number you'd need to change.
You can add other elements too like a banner, an intro or a gif somewhere on the page. As long as all those codes are seperated you just add some you like. They all start with "" and end with "" Just write the text you want in the about me section outside those bodies of codes
