Aww man, right now it's 8:51 am and I haven't slept at all... I am honestly so tired but if I fall asleep right now then I'll just wake up at like 5pm and continue this weird sleep schedule like how I've been doing for like a few weeks now.... I have no idea why I stay up so late, I mean, sometimes it's because I'm playing Roblox, listening to music, on call with a friend or drawing... But there's times where I will try so hard to fall asleep early but I just won't sleep, like I'll do the thing where you pretend to be asleep so that you can fall asleep but it will just not word, one time I spent like 2 hours with my eyes closed before I called defeat and realized it was just going to be another night where I don't sleep.
Honestly, I'm insanely lucky that I'm currently taking a break and not going to school (Family matters... It's a long story) because If I was going to school with THIS sleep schedule, I would probably crash out... Well probably not... considering where I live, high school starts at 3pm and it ends at like 7pm or 8pm, so I would kind of be okay... but you get the point I'm trying to make... How the heck do I fix this sleep schedule? I've been told to just stay up for two days then sleep at like 10 pm since I'll be super tired but... I always fall asleep early like at 2pm and wake up at 9pm and end up staying up the rest of the night XPP
Plsss send help or something, I'm going to start seeing phantoms like in Minecraft....
