heyyyyy ~☆
ok so... i bet this blog post looks stupid but i tried my best with the limited skills i have. i actually haven't touched html or css in such a long time! i updated my profile as well, it truly was a struggle.
yeah, so, anyway. i thought i'd post a little introduction as the first "official" (or whatever??) post in my blog. i'd been dreaming about having a blog for some time now, not even because i think i have something rare or amazing to give to the world, just because i really enjoy having an outlet where i can freely post my thoughts and other stuff about what's going on in my life. i'd like to think about it as a diary of some kind.
you can call me berry. that's a nickname i gave myself some years ago. i've been obsessing over strawberries for years now, so that's also where the nickname comes from. i actually gave myself a tattoo of a strawberry a while back as well. it's not pretty at all, but still, i think it was worth it.
i'm really into creative stuff. could be art (painting, drawing, (tattooing), photography?), could be music (i play some instruments and make my own songs). i like to knit, and sometimes i sew myself some new clothes. i also really enjoy videogames! some of my favorites at the moment are stardew valley and dead by daylight. i used to enjoy genshin impact as well, but haven't played it in a long time :-( maybe i should start playing it again. minecraft is also one game i've enjoyed in the past. still do, just not as regularly.
oh, and i don't just play videogames, i also develop them! no, i haven't gotten a single one ready yet, but i'm passionate. i guess i'm more into the art aspect of game development, but i do know something about coding as well (and i'm learning new stuff every day).
i have two cats. i love them a lot. i'm an enthusiastic plant mom as well, but my plants don't ever tend to stay alive for too long... i don't know if i'm at fault here, or if the cats have something to do with it... (yes, don't worry, i only have plants that are safe for cats!!)
yeah, okay. thanks for reading! sorry for yapping (actually i'm not, i think i'm allowed to yap as much as i want in my own blog). i'll go make myself a hot cup of tea now. then maybe i'll spend some time on my responsibilites. see you later!!

Dude this blog layout is so cool. It's a shame the layouts page doesn't allow people to post anymore because you'd be so popular on there ;-;
Also glad to see a fellow cat lover on here! My family has 5 in one house (it's a big house, dw), and two of them are mine. It's pretty hard to be depressed when you can just lie down in bed and have your cats come cuddle you lol

so many cats!!! you're living my dream, haha. once i'm able to move into a bigger apartment, i'll definitely get more cats :-D and yes, that's true. cats are amazing emotional support <3

Fr! I want to run an animal rescue one day, or maybe a farm. I feel so bad that there's so many poor animals without homes ;-; We actually had 13 cats at one point because my mum couldn't resist taking them in off the streets and getting them healthy before rehoming them. Our house was crazy lol, but it was fun. I'm a pro at giving cats meds now because of it haha
And yeah, apparently there was an issue with hackers using the layouts to put malicious code into the site or something? I hope An can fix it at some point :,)

omg haha i really relate to your mum. if i had the means i'd definitely rescue all the poor cats without a home :-( i've thought about running some kind of rescue place as well, but realistically i don't think i'd be able to do it. i hope you get to fulfill this dream one day tho!!
ohh i see, makes sense. better to be safe than sorry. let's hope the issue will get fixed soon ^^
