Dessert/Baking ideas?

Hi, I'm bored, have some time, and am in a huge baking mood but can't decide what to make. I feel like baking a few things in the span of like a month. Anyone have any ideas for (preferably but not strictly) pastries? I can comfortably make breads, pies, cookies, and cakes. Can't promise things will turn out good tho ><
