Should I dye my hair

I'm debating if i shouldd.. cause i'd really love to try new things out and experiment with my style youknoww. I've never dyed my hair before cause i'm not really allowed to. Cause it'd ruin my hair. Buttt i really kinda wanna... I think i'd like it

If I will tho. I'm thinking soft pink.. Or multiple colors. Or blonde. Blue? Even (dark) green is an option. 

I have brown hair and idk how hair dyes work. It's a dark kinda brown too. But if i want it to be lighter like soft pink i'd need to bleach it right? And that would be a big nono from my mom. Should i try begging tho?- idk..
